Answers to some Frequently Asked Questions:
What do I need to get started? Land on which you wish to build a new home. I already have the floor plans for the house I want to build, can you build it for me? Yes, we will make every attempt to build the home you desire. Do the homes you build come with a warranty? Yes, turnkey homes come with a 10 year builders warranty and drop/set homes come with a warranty from the factory. What is the difference between turnkey and drop/set? Turnkey we do all of the work. Drop/set we deliver the modular home and you are responsible for completing the remaining work. Will you find a lot for me? No, we do not find vacant lots for you to build on. However we will work with you while you are searching for vacant land to purchase. Can I finance building a modular home? Yes, financing the construction of a modular home is slightly different than that of a stick built home. We have lenders we can refer you to, however you are free to finance through whomever you like. Do you do knockdowns? Yes. Do you build on pilings? Yes. |
